2030 Future Scenarios for Professional Services Firms
These illustrations were created as part of an academic research project involving three universities, a specialist consultancy and membership organisation funded by the UK government’s Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund called Innovation Next Generation Services through Collaborative Design. In collaboration with academic researchers from UAL, my role was to interpret written scenarios co-authored by members of the research team about different future worlds in which professional services firms might be operating. These illustrations are designed to accompany written outputs. They will be used from summer 2020 onwards as part of publications and workshops with people from professional services firms.
